Al Ain Palace Hotel Abu Dhabi

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms are nice, very clean, and well-equipped with fresh towels, toiletries, and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff are incredibly friendly and professional, especially Ms. Sujata at the reception. The location is perfect, with easy access to local attractions. I highly recommend this hotel for solo female travelers like myself – I felt very safe and well taken care of.

The hotel's facilities, including the pool, fitness center, and dining options, were all top-notch. We stayed in this hotel end of May this year. Check in was fast and they offered us a free upgrade to the suite. Parking was bit easy in front of hotel. Hotel doesn’t have their own parking. You can park for 24hours for 15 AED. Room was very clean and spacious. Room service was good and we ordered food. It was delicious. Overall 8/10.

Location was 9/10. The staff was humble, friendly and went every extra mile for the guests. Outdoor pool and restaurants were nice. Public transportation is conveniently located a few minuted by foot.
