We had a wonderful experience at the Al Ain Palace Hotel .The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. The people in the reception were very helpful, not just on check-in and checkout, but also in giving directions to spots. I would like to thank all the team! They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Breakfast was delicious. The pool is amazing, as well as the sauna, steam and jacuzzi. They had arranged cake for my husband for his Bday and upgraded our room to sweet one. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown.

the hotel is clean and well maintained, considering the fact that the hotel is one of the firsts in the country. the location is second to none, with the pool being one of the biggest in the city. there are a lot of activities that can make anyone busy and numerous restaurants that are being shared by both the hotel and Le Royal Meridien. the health club is also decent and has a squash court. rooms are clean and carpets are maintained nicely at least for our room.

The hotel is in my opinion best buy hotel in Abu Dhabi. According to the pictures on the walls, it is one of the oldest structures there. It provides a lot for small amount of money (it has great swimming pool, it has very well equipped gym, it has several coffee shops and bars if you want to hang out during the night...). So, the amenities in the hotel are really wealthy. The breakfast was a buffet with very good food offer.

The pizza is the best I've had in a long time, made fresh in full view! The staff were very nice. The ambiance is great, too The room was very comfortable and clean. We stayed in this hotel end of May this year. Check in was fast and they offered us a free upgrade to the suite. Parking was bit easy in front of hotel. Hotel doesn’t have their own parking. You can park for 24hours for 15 AED. Room was very clean and spacious. Room service was good and we ordered food. It was delicious. Overall 8/10.
